Established in 2011 under the leadership of Mark Anderson, our firm began as a sole proprietorship that initially specialized in providing accessibility consulting services. Over time, we broadened our scope to encompass construction program/project management and traditional architectural design. Early accomplishments included serving as the consultant Program Manager for the Los Angeles Community College District and fulfilling the role of Construction Manager on substantial multimillion-dollar projects at Los Angeles Harbor College.
By 2015 Mark Anderson was joined by Ulises Araujo as business associate to provide architectural, construction management and accessibility services for public agencies and private clients alike with staff members that include licensed architects, designers, LEED accredited professionals, inspectors and construction managers.
In 2017, the firm incorporated as Mark Anderson Architects, Inc. Established as a California professional corporation, the firm adopted the fictious business names or DBAs of “Pacific Rim Architects” and “CALI CASp”. Both were former fictious business names used by Mark Anderson. CALI CASp, was the name used for CM/PM and ADA Transition Plan services but we now have unified services under the name Pacific Rim Architects, SBE.
Our firm has a wide experience in Commercial, Institutional/Educational, Industrial and Residential Projects.
We provide full Architectural Services, Construction Management, 3D/BIM Design Assessments, Facility Assessments, Planning and Accessibility Services.
